Liniment

Liniments come in several forms that are used for different purposes; warming, cooling and dual-acting. Cold reduces any damage to the tissue and heat contributes to increased blood flow and better removal of waste products. Liniments are massaged into exposed areas such as muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments.
