Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK. Free shipping applies within Sweden and for standard delivery.

Your order is usually delivered within within 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location in the country.

We ship our orders with DHL  DHL and Schenker to pickup points. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Yes, we deliver to several countries outside Sweden. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Contact order@trikem.se if you have any questions about international shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link via email. Click the link to track your shipment.

Order & Payment

We offer payment through Klarna, where you can choose between card payment (Visa/Mastercard), invoice, installment plans, and direct payment. All available payment options are shown at checkout.

Returns & Claims

You have a 14-day return policy from the day the delivery is notified. The product must be in its original, unopened, undamaged, and resalable packaging.

To return an item:

  1. Pack the return securely to avoid damge during transport.
  2. Drop off the package at a service point for delivery to a business address – we cannot collect packages sent to pickup points.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have received the wrong item, email order@trikem.se with your order number and a picture of the product. We will make sure you get the correct item as soon as possible!

Om din produkt är skadad vid leverans, ta bilder på skadan och kontakta oss direkt på order@trikem.se. Vi hjälper dig med reklamation och ersättning.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible after we have received and approved your return.

Some of our products may contain substances classified as doping, which is clearly stated in the product description. We recommend always checking current doping regulations before competing. Do you have questions about a specific product? Contact us.

Other

No, we do not have our own physical store, but our products are available through selected retailers. You can find them in pet stores, veterinary clinics, and feed specialists. To find a retailer near you, search here or contact us ,and we’ll be happy to assist you!
